Customize, Build & Install
RMI Industrial Services will customize, build and install any conveyor system based on your specifications and requirements. At RMI Industrial Services, we also prepare fabrication drawings and have the capability to have our designs approved by professional engineers.
RMI Industrial Services specializes in custom and off-the-shelf conveyor systems, and has recently been providing custom belt conveyors made with Inralox belts (modular plastic).
Accumulation conveyors offer a means of holding on to products on the conveyor until given a signal to release the items. Typical applications consist of feeding product to a device such as a case sealer at a specified rate, or to hold all items to be shipped on a particular truck until that truck is in a position to be loaded.
RMI Industrial Services offers gravity conveyors in standard off-the-shelf models, or can provide a specialized, custom-built gravity conveyor to suit your specific plant or site needs. RMI Industrial Services will advise you on the most economical and efficient conveyor system that matches your specifications.
Specializing in food plant production systems, including stainless steel conveyors, RMI Industrial Services understands that the equipment material and the conveyed material must complement each other, or production/maintenance problems can ensue.
Stainless Steel Conveyors
One of the most versatile types of conveyors on the market today is a stainless conveyor. Made from stainless steel, these conveyors are highly resistant to corrosion, durable, long lasting, and have a visually appealing finish.
RMI Industrial Services has designed, fabricated, and installed many custom conveyors using belts. Belts are made of plastic modules and are assembled in an interlocked, bricklayed pattern with full-length hinge rods—an inherently strong design.
Table Top Conveyors
RMI Industrial Services’ table-top conveyors are perfect for incorporation into more complex processes and well-suited for future plant configuration modifications. Utilizing TAB chains, flexible belting, or other types of plastic carrying surfaces, our table-top conveyors are perfect for all food grade and wash down applications.
Waste Remove Conveyors
The important aspects of the waste remove conveyor is the necessity to move large amounts of waste, as far away from the site as possible – especially if the waste is hazardous – with the minimum amount of blockage (handling waste blockage is an undesired task at best). Stackers (long conveyors) are usually desirable to get stockpiles away from the main operation to prevent congestion
